Lop Kezang Phuntsho superannuates after 40 years
Mr. Kezang Phuntsho, Chief Land Registrar of Rural Land Division superannuated after 40 years of dedicated service. He formally handed over the charges to Mr. Sherub Tenzin, the new head of the Division on 11/10/2013. Mr. Kezang will continue to serve on contract for another two years in the same Division.
