ཨི་ས་སྐོར་ཟེར་མི་འདི་ ག་ཅི་ཨིན་ན?
ཨི་ས་སྐོར་ཟེར་མི་འདི་གི་ ཚིག་གི་གོ་བ་ག་ཅི་སྟོན་སྨོ་ཟེར་བ་ཅིན་ ཨི་ཟེར་བ་ཅིན་ ཨིང་སྐད་ནང་ གློག་འཕྲུལ་ཟེར་གོ་དགོཔ་དང་ ས་སྐོར་ཟེར་མི་འདི་ ས་གི་སྐོར་ལས་ལཱ་འབད་བཏུབ་ནི་དེ་གིས་ ཨི་ས་སྐོར་ཟེར་ རིམ་ལུགས་ཀྱི་མིང་བཏགས་ཡོདཔ་ཨིན། རིམ་ལུགས་དེ་ ས་ཆའི་བརྡ་དོན་ཞབས་ཏོག་བྱིན་ཚུགས་པའི་ཡོངས་འབྲེལ་འཆར་སྒོ་ཅིག་ཨིན། རིམ་ལུགས་འདི་གི་ཐོག་ལས་ ས་ཆ་ཁྲམ་བཀོད་ཡོད་པའི་ །ཇོ་བདག་ཚུ་གིས་ས་ཆ་སྤྲོད་ལེན་གྱི་ཞུ་བ་ ཡོངས་འབྲེལ་ཐོག་ལས་བཙུགས་བཏུབ་མ་ཚད་ རྒྱལ་ཡོངས་ས་ཆ་ལྷན་ཚོགས་ཡིག་ཚང་གི་ལས་བྱེདཔ་ཚུ་གིས་ སྤྲོད་ལེན་གྱི་གནང་བ་བྱིན་ནིའི་ བྱ་རིམ་ཡང་འཐབ་ཡོདཔ་ཨིན།

Rural eSaKor is a web-based system to cater to online land transaction. The main objective of the system is to create access to land information from remote offices like Gewog and Dzongkhag, so that we can improve on efficiency and quality of our services. Due to the ubiquitous nature of the world wide web, land transaction can be processed from anywhere as long as the user has the security credentials needed to access the system.
The eSakor system was developed by the National Land Commission in close collaboration with the Swedesurvey AB of Sweden. The system is capable of processing land transaction in its entirety, along with cadastral map and scanned copies of legal documents. The e-SaKor system has a module to generate historical information of transaction apart from the digital copy of paper documents, which form the legal framework.

Urban e-Sakor
Urban e-Sakor was developed by a local consultant Athang. It was cloned from rural e-Sakor and is currently functional in four Gelyoung Thromdes: Thimphu, Phuntsholing, Gelephu and Samdrupjongkhar. Soon the Thromdes where Lagthrams are issued after National Cadastral Resurvey Programme (NCRP) will be integrated and launched and then the transactions can be started.
