In line with the Procurement Rules and Regulations, “a tender committee of an appropriate level is to be constituted by the Head of Procuring Agency”; under which NLCS falls under the Autonomous body for which the Secretary hereby delegates the powers of the chairmanship to Mr. Geley Norbu, Director, DoSAM.
