On 21st August 2015 Hon. Secretary, NLCS handed over brand new utility pool vehicles to 15 Dzongkhags. Rest of the Dzongkhags already have or do not need at the moment.

Until now, land services in the Dzongkhags, especially the ones requiring field visits, have been impaired due to lack of transportation. Allotment of utility pool vehicles is a part of overall strengthening of local governments in dispensing land governance services.

“Now that manpower and pool vehicles are provided, Dzongkhag Land Record Sectors have no excuse for inefficiency”. Hon. Secretary remarked during the handing-taking ceremony.
